Abstract

Ouabain produced a dose-related inhibition in turnover rate of intracamerally administered 14C-labeled inulin. Chlorothiazide, even in high doses, had no detectable effects. No significant correlations were found between the turnover rate and IOP, anterior chamber volume, or femoral artery blood pressure
