Abstract

Aqueous humor turnover (Kout min-1) for buphthalmic rabbits was 0.003 ± 0.0015 at steady state. This is equivalent to a rate of aqueous humor formation of 2.0 µL/min., and is only 46 per cent of the value (4.2 µL/min.) obtained in normal rabbits of the same strain.
