Abstract

Acetylcholine, together with eserine, perfused through the ophthalmic artery of the enucleated cat eye produced a marked increase in aqueous humor formation. Utilizing pharmacologic criteria, the site of action was determined to be on E-2 sites of sympathetic, ganglion-like receptors.
