Methods:A total of 100 children without ocular or other disease were included in this study. Each subject underwent black Randot stereoacuity test, Randot preschool streoacuity test, Titmus–fly test and Lang test. And then Success rate, percentage of sensitivity and specificity of tests were measured, and analyzed and compared among all tests. Each stage of black Randot test is composed of three sheets in which interesting were inserted. Results:Mean success rate of stereoacuity tests 90.0% in created black Randot test, 83.0% in Randot preschool streoacuity test, 71.0% in Titmus–fly test and 80.0% in Lang test. Percentage of sensitivity was 100% in created black Randot test, 78.0% in Randot preschool streoacuity test, 87.0% in Titmus–fly test and 100% in Lang test. Percentage of specificity was 100% in created black Randot test, 96.0% in Randot preschool streoacuity test, 90.0% in Titmus–fly test and 98.0% in Lang test. Conclusions:In this study, Black Randot stereotest has higher success rate and more excellent sensitivity and specificity than other existing stereotest. This test don't need specific equipments and can be used in internet network, and the animals, diagrams and objects which children in each country prefer can be inserted. And also this is useful as screening test or follow up test of strabismus patients and useful in preschool children.
