Abstract

Presentation Description : KBaSS is developping new computational tools and methods for genome/phenotype data integration and knowledge discovery in neurosensory systems, namely vision and audition, with the objective of catalysing the progresses toward their description in terms of systems biology. Complex biological and clinical data are collected, managed, updated and linked by researchers of the neurosensory field. This system enables the development of neurosensory models for gene identification, disease mechanisms, therapeutic strategies and disease management.

This is an abstract that was submitted for the 2016 ARVO Annual Meeting, held in Seattle, Wash., May 1-5, 2016.
